Shipping Policy – Howdy Bitez

General Information

We ship orders every weekday from Dallas, Texas.
Orders placed before noon with Standard or Express Shipping are usually shipped the same day.

We take weekends and holidays off, so any orders placed then will go out the next business day.

During busy seasons (like Christmas), bad weather, or right after holidays, shipping times may take a little longer — but we’ll always do our best to get your goodies out fast!

If we’re ever behind, Standard and Express orders get top priority over Economy ones.

Once your order has shipped, delivery times depend on the carrier. About 1% of packages experience delays, so if you’re ordering for a special occasion, we recommend placing your order at least 2 weeks early to be safe.

Our refund policy follows carrier guidelines — shipments are only considered late if they haven’t arrived after 31 days. At that point, we’ll work with the carrier and do our best to make things right for you.

Shipping Options

Economy Shipping

Our most affordable option!
Orders typically take 5–7 business days to arrive, though sometimes a bit longer depending on your location.

We may hold Economy shipments for 1–2 business days before sending them to keep shipping costs low. Once shipped, delivery usually takes 1–4 days, depending on your distance from Texas.

If a package is delayed for more than 30 days, we can file a claim with the carrier for a potential refund.

Standard Shipping

This covers services like USPS Priority or FedEx Ground.
Most orders arrive in 1–3 business days, depending on distance.

Delays can occasionally happen, and claims can be filed only if the package has been delayed for over 14 days.

Expedited Shipping

If you’re in a hurry, choose Expedited!
We use premium services (like FedEx 2-Day) with a 95% on-time rate.

If delivery takes more than 2 days, we can open a claim with the carrier.

Returned Packages

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order — we ship exactly to the address provided.

If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, missed pickup, or similar issue, we offer two options:

  1. Reship the order to the correct address (you’ll cover the return + resend shipping cost), or

  2. Receive a partial refund, minus return shipping and restocking fees per our refund policy.

We understand mistakes happen and appreciate your cooperation!

Shipping Exceptions

Canada

Due to customs and import issues, we currently don’t ship to Canada.
If you’re in Canada and would like to order, please reach out at Support@howdybitez.com for assistance.

Delays & Backstock

We aim to keep everything in stock, but sometimes items get damaged or sell out faster than expected.

If that happens, we’ll contact you immediately with options.
We usually restock weekly, so in most cases, your order can be shipped within a few days.

Order Cancellations by Howdy Bitez

Sometimes our system may miscalculate actual shipping costs — especially for locations like Hawaii or Alaska.
If shipping costs are significantly higher than estimated, we may reach out to:

  • Request the difference, or

  • Cancel and fully refund your order if you prefer.

We only do this when absolutely necessary — our goal is to keep things fair while maintaining sustainable operations.
